CIPE

Programs Used: Figma; InDesign: Photoshop; Illustrator
Location: St.Louis
Genre: Branding and Data Visualization
Year: 2023

In order to further CIPE’s presence within its member institutions, our team of 4 designers wanted to create a recognizable brand identity for CIPE. Through our primary research interviews, we discovered that individuals found it difficult to fully articulate CIPE and their mission, making it challenging for participants to communicate their experience and the benefits of getting involved with CIPE. In turn, the lack of awareness around the scope of CIPE and their programs is an obstacle to CIPE gaining the footing they need.CIPE’s new logo would further its mission and presence in its three member institutions. This logo was built upon CIPE’s existing branding and can become the new cornerstone for a wider, more robust visual identity for CIPE as seen with the sample collateral mock-ups.The three half circles represents GSON, STLCOP, and WUSM and CIPE’s belief in teamwork. This sentiment bolstered by the subtle gradient that the shapes create together. It guides the eye in one direction towards CIPE and a future of collaboration. Through CIPE, each institution is working in tandem in order to achieve a common goal: bettering patient healthcare through an inter professional practice.
